Quang Nam responding to International Day of Yoga 2023
(QNO) - International Day of Yoga 2023 has just been organised at 24/3 Square (Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province) by the Embassy of India in Vietnam and the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee.
Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee Ho Quang Buu, Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Subhash Prasad Gupta and 400 people from Yoga clubs in Quang Nam took part in the festival.
The Indians believe that Yoga is not just a set of exercises to keep the body fit but a passport to health assurance, a key to fitness and wellness.
Vice Chairman Buu thanked the Indian Embassy in Vietnam for choosing Quang Nam as one of 37 localities of Vietnam to organize the International Yoga Day 2023.
He said, via this festival, Quang Nam hoped to further strengthen the friendly exchange and cooperative relationship with the Indian Embassy and Indian partners, especially in cultural exchange.
