Outgoing Lao ambassador bids farewell to Da Nang leaders

During his reception for the Lao diplomat, Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang expressed his appreciation and extended sincere thanks to Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang for his dedicated and responsible contributions throughout his tenure.

He highly praised Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang for acting as an important bridge in promoting the close and enduring friendly cooperation between Da Nang and localities in Laos, particularly central and southern provinces of Laos.

On behalf of the city's leaders, Secretary Quang wished Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang good health, happiness and success in his new position at the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He also expressed his hope that Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang would continue to show interest, support, and make positive contributions to strengthening the traditional special friendship and cooperation between Da Nang and Lao localities.

Other leaders of Da Nang also acknowledged and highly valued the Consul General’s contributions to strengthening and deepening ties between the two Parties, the two States, and the peoples of Viet Nam and Laos.

During the meetings, Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang sincerely thanked the city's leaders for their warm welcome and expressed his deep gratitude for the consistent support and favorable conditions extended to him personally and to the Lao Consulate General during his tenure.

Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang pledged that after completing his term, in his new role, he would continue to foster and deepen the close, enduring bond between Viet Nam and Laos.
