DNO - Man Thai fish market is offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience the vibrant rhythm of a traditional fishing village at sunrise as part of Enjoy Da Nang Festival 2026.

The event transforms an ordinary morning into an authentic cultural journey by the sea.

Running from July 23 to 25, between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m., the event takes place on Man Thai Beach in Son Tra Ward, where the day's catch arrives with the first light of dawn.

Rather than simply watching from the shore, visitors are invited to experience the daily routines that have shaped the lives of local fishing families for generations.

The program features a series of hands-on activities showcasing the rich heritage of Man Thai fishing village.

Guests can join fishermen in pulling fishing nets ashore, learn traditional net weaving techniques, discover the process of drying seafood, and explore the centuries-old craft of making Vietnamese fish sauce.

One of the highlights is the bustling early-morning seafood market, where colourful baskets of freshly caught fish, squid and shellfish create a lively atmosphere as fishermen, traders and local residents gather to begin the day's trade.

Visitors can walk through the market, interact with fishermen and hear firsthand stories about life at sea, preserving a way of life that continues to define Da Nang's coastal identity.
