(QNO) – With the goal of building a human-centered creative urban model, on June 14, Tam Ky city (Quang Nam province) officially put the City Creative Space into operation, located at the Public Administration Center.
The launch of Tam Ky City Creative Space.
Tam Ky City Creative Space is part of the project "Promoting Youth and Community Innovation towards Sustainable Urban Development" implemented by UN-Habitat, funded by Fondation Botnar, and supported by various international organizations and local partners in Quang Nam.
This marks the first time in Quang Nam that a public space integrates three functions including administrative, community, and creative, reflecting a governance model that is enabling and people-centered, with a strong commitment to expanding public access, especially for the youth.
Tam Ky City Creative Space showcases information about innovative projects across the province to foster connectivity.
Locating it within the Public Administration Center is both a symbol of openness and a clear message: the government is ready to engage with young people and support their initiatives for a more livable Tam Ky.
Project policy‑communications specialist Nguyen Thi Lan Huong introduced the “Brand Investment – Sales Acceleration” program.
At the event, the “Innovation Champion” contest was launched to find ideas tackling key urban issues like the environment, livelihoods, and public services.
Also introduced was the “Brand Investment - Sales Acceleration” program, supporting 30 local micro-businesses with branding, e-commerce setup, CRM, and social media sales - worth a total of 1.5 billion VND.
Notably, a digital platform called the “Creative Map” was officially launched at banlinhxuquang.com. This open system allows every Tam Ky resident to be visible, connect, share ideas, and find like-minded communities.
The map features “local pins” categorized into eight groups of creative data, from product models and ideas to outstanding individuals and organizations in the locality.
