(QNO) - From June 17 to 20, four acclaimed Indian films is being screened for free at Rio Cinema in Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province.
The event is organized by the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Hanoi.
The featured films, Dangal, RRR, English Vinglish, and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, are shown daily at 7 PM. Each film represents a unique aspect of Indian cinema, from epic action to heart-warming tales of family and self-discovery.
Dangal tells the inspiring story of a father who overcomes social prejudice to train his daughters to become wrestling champions.
RRR is a historical action drama depicting a powerful friendship and the shared struggle for India’s independence from British rule.
English Vinglish follows a homemaker’s journey of self-realization as she learns English, regains confidence, and affirms her self-worth.
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara explores friendship and personal growth during a life-changing trip shared by three close friends.
This free film week offers the Quang Nam audience a chance to experience the emotional diversity and depth of Indian cinema. It also fosters greater cultural understanding and strengthens the enduring friendship between Vietnam and India.
