Hosted by the Quang Nam Cultural Center under the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the programme aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), the 23rd Congress of the Da Nang Party Committee, and the 14th National Party Congress.
Films provided by the Department of Cinema being screened during the event include 'The Legend Makers', 'Hanoi: 12 Days and Nights', along with several other historical documentaries.
To celebrate major holidays, the Department of Cinema organizes film screening campaigns nationwide to widely promote the tradition of patriotism, and the spirit of great national unity.
The screenings serve as a tribute to previous generations, arousing national pride and fostering patriotism through cinematographic works. They also provide audiences, particularly younger generations, with an opportunity to review the nation’s heroic history, thereby enhancing awareness and responsibility in the ongoing cause of national development.
