DNO - The Da Nang Youth Union recently launched the initiative "We Are Always with You, Mothers" across Da Nang on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).
This initiative served as a heartfelt expression of gratitude from the city's youth for the significant contributions and sacrifices made by the heroic Vietnamese mothers.
Accordingly, youth union members visited, gave gifts, provided medical examinations, and cleaned martyrs' altars at the homes of heroic Vietnamese mothers.

The activity not only spread the moral of "When drinking water, remember its source" but also contributed to educating today's young generation about the tradition of patriotism and gratitude towards generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed their lives for the national independence and freedom.
It also helped foster the responsibility of youth union members and young people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
On the occasion, the youth citywide simultaneously organized incense offering and candle lighting ceremonies at 157 martyrs' cemeteries.
Moreover, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang Youth Union visited and presented gifts to heroic Vietnamese Mothers Tran Thi Lieu (Giang Dong Village, Hoa Xuan Ward); Nguyen Thi Bon and Mai Thi Hue (Dien Ban Bac Ward); and Tran Thi Van and Le Thi Vui (Xuan Phu Commune).
