DNO - A delegation of Da Nang’s officials, led by Standing Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Ho Ky Minh, recently had a working session with the 1Matrix JSC and the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (VBA) in Ha Noi.
During his reception for Da Nang visitors, Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of 1Matrix JSC cum Chairman of VBA shared the initial results of the Vietnam Blockchain Service Network (VBSN) which are implemented in collaboration with the Techcombank - One Mount Group - Masterise Group - Techcom Securities ecosystem, following a recent commitment made at the 6th National Forum on the Development of Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises.
He informed that VBSN is designed according to a 5-layer architecture, modelled after the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) and the Chinese Blockchain-based Service Network (BSN). It aims to provide comprehensive, low-cost, easy-to-deploy blockchain solutions for public and private service organizations and businesses.
Priority areas for implementation include national data processing, digital identification, electronic invoices, certificate storage, asset digitization, and financial technology innovation.
In early 2025, Da Nang and VBA signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support the construction of an International Financial Center.
In the coming time, VBA will focus on connecting the public-private service ecosystem, optimizing the power of blockchain technology to increase the efficiency of state management, improving business performance of enterprises, and enhancing people's experience through advanced financial and digital technology services.
Vice Chairman Minh expressed support for the proposals of VBA and 1Matrix in deploying the VBSN network in Da Nang, especially its practical applications in payment and decentralized identification.
He proposed that VBA and 1Matrix JSC serve as consultants and partners in building the digital infrastructure for the international financial center in Da Nang, thereby ensuring a modern, safe, scalable operating platform and connection with international platforms.
