DNO - In recent days, Da Nang people have joined hands to raise funds and donate essential goods to support people affected by storm and floods. Their heartfelt actions are a vivid demonstration of the city’s generosity and love.

The message "Let's Join Hands to Support Flood-affected People" from the Da Nang SOS Team quickly spreads across social media platforms.
In response, many families, groups of young people, and even the elderly citywide actively donated rice, instant noodles, blankets, and bottled water to the collection points at 34 My An in Ngu Hanh Son Ward and 26 Ton Duc Thang in Thanh Khe Ward.
On the night of October 4, the Da Nang SOS Team urgently set off a journey to help people in storm-hit areas in central provinces.
As a result, hundreds of gifts and cash donations were given to families severely affected by floods in Tan Ky and Truong Tho communes in Nghe An Province, and Lam Thanh and Duc Tho communes in Ha Tinh Province.
With the spirit of "The whole leaves cover the torn leaves", the "I Love the Highlands" volunteer group, led by Mr. Huynh Ba Dien, has launched a campaign calling on benefactors to promptly provide relief for people in flood-affected areas.
His heartfelt post on Facebook has received hundreds of shares and comments, expressing deep sympathy from the online community.
The volunteer group is now preparing for a relief trip to Nghe An, carefully sorting and packing supplies to ensure they reach those most in need.

Scheduled for their trip on the evening of October 10, the group is expected to deliver 500 boxes of instant noodles, 500 sacks of rice, 1,000 life jackets, and 500 packages of dried food, clothes, warm blankets and other essential necessities to needy people.
Similarly, many other organizations such as the Hand in Hand Vietnam - South Korea Volunteer Group, the Dien Ban Volunteers’ Association, and the Nhan Ai Club have also joined hands to send love and share with flood-affected people in Central Vietnam.
The relief activities do not stop at in-kind things but also spread humanistic values and deep solidarity among regions, thereby clearly demonstrating the tradition of mutual love of Da Nang people.
