DNO - The Da Nang International Marathon has opened registration for its 14th edition, set to take place on March 21, 2027.

The Da Nang International Marathon, one of the city’s most anticipated annual sporting events, is jointly organized by the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Pulse Active.
According to the plan, adult race categories will include the full marathon (42km), half marathon (21km), and 5km race. In addition, there will be two Ronny Dash distances (500m and 1.5km) specifically for children.
The organization of the race in March offers ideal weather conditions, helping runners easily achieve personal bests and set new records.
Participants will run across Da Nang’s iconic bridges amid tranquil surroundings as well as experience the city’s rich culture, vibrant atmosphere, hospitality of the local people, and distinctive cuisine.
With a scenic coastal route that passes such landmarks as Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, Son Tra Peninsula and Marble Mountains, the course is regarded as one of Southeast Asia’s most picturesque marathon routes.
Notably, it has been officially certified by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and the World Athletics.
The 2027 edition is expected to attract thousands of domestic and international runners. The previous race, held in 2026, welcomed nearly 9,000 participants from 75 countries and territories.
In addition to the official races, the event will feature a range of side activities, aimed at enhancing participants’ experience and further elevating the marathon’s appeal.
Registration is now open at https://rundanang.com.
The event is an ideal opportunity for runners to secure a race slot at early-bird rates and start planning a memorable week of sports and travel in Da Nang.
