DNO - The Vietnam - Japan Football Exchange Program 2026 took place at Da Nang’s Tuyen Son Sports Village on Friday.
It featured the participation of players from Japan’s Kawasaki Frontale Club and SHB Da Nang Club, along with students from local universities and colleges.

As part of the Vietnam - Japan Festival in Da Nang in 2026, the activity provided an opportunity for players and students to interact, learn from one another, and promote the spirit of sportsmanship, friendship, and community connection.
The friendly football match featured mixed teams. In particular, team A consisted of players from Kawasaki Frontale, the Da Nang University of Architecture, and the Central Vietnam College of Technology, Economics and Irrigation.
Meanwhile, team B comprised players from SHB Da Nang FC and FPT Polytechnic College.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tao Viet Hai said the program not only strengthened friendship and cooperation between the peoples of Vietnam and Japan but also offered an opportunity to advertise the image of Da Nang as a dynamic, friendly and internationally integrated city.

Following the opening ceremony, the two teams played a friendly match featuring a series of impressive footballing moments.
During halftime, spectators enjoyed cultural performances by Japanese artists and participated in a variety of fun interactive games.
At the end, awards were presented to outstanding individuals and teams, while a lucky draw was held for spectators.
