As part of the exhibition, the Hoang Sa Exhibition House selected 40 panels featuring typical documents and images for display and presentation under the following themes: the history of establishing Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelago, the defense capacity to protect Vietnam’s sovereignty over its sea and islands in the current period, and the Da Nang youth with the homeland’s sea and islands.

The exhibition aims to raise awareness among Da Nang officials, Youth Union members, young people, and students of the Vietnamese Party’s and State’s perspectives, guidelines, and policies on its national sea and islands while nurturing love, pride, and a sense of responsibility toward the sacred seas and islands of the country.

On this occasion, the Political Division of the Naval Region 3 Command presented a thematic report titled "The recent situation in the East Sea and Vietnam’s Party and State’s viewpoints and policies regarding the protection of national maritime sovereignty and the resolution of maritime disputes."
