(QNO) - According to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, during the five-day holiday (from April 30 to May 4), the city welcomed an estimated 610,000 visitors, generating a total tourism revenue of approximately 2,426 billion VND.
Both the number of visitors and tourism revenue in Da Nang during this holiday period increased by more than 50% compared to the same period last year.
During the holiday, Da Nang recorded 645 flight arrivals, about 12% more than on regular days, including 261 international flights. In addition, the city welcomed thousands of tourists arriving by cruise ships and trains.
The average hotel room occupancy rate across the city reached 85%. Popular tourist attractions included Da Nang Museum, Sun World Ba Na Hills, Nui Than Tai Hot Spring Park, local beaches, and the Son Tra Peninsula.
