DNO - On March 31, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Tran Anh Tuan received a delegation from the Juridical Foundation for International Personnel Management (IPM Juridical Foundation - Japan), led by its Chairman Ikeda Hideto, during their working visit to the city.
The IPM Juridical Foundation is licensed by Japan’s Ministry of Labour to manage technical interns and support Japanese companies in recruiting foreign workers.
According to reports, under the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Da Nang Department of Home Affairs and the IPM Juridical Foundation, 40 workers from Da Nang were sent to two employers in Japan during 2025 and early 2026. Both sides are continuing to strengthen human resource exchange cooperation.
In education, under an MoU with the Da Nang Department of Education and Training, the Foundation supported the installation of a solar power system at the Ngoc Le campus of Long Tuc Semi-Boarding School in Tra Linh Commune, helping ensure stable electricity and improve living conditions. Further solar installations are planned for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
Vice Chairman Tran Anh Tuan praised the practical cooperation efforts of the IPM Juridical Foundation and related agencies. He expressed hope that the Foundation would further expand cooperation with Da Nang while affirming the city’s commitment to facilitating partnership activities for the benefit of local residents.
Ikeda Hideto expressed appreciation for the strong support from Da Nang authorities and hoped both sides would expand cooperation in facilitating employment opportunities for Vietnamese workers in Japan.
He added that the IPM Juridical Foundation will continue working with the Department of Education and Training and local partners to implement agreed educational initiatives.
