Ashui.com, a prominent media platform in Viet Nam’s construction sector, has officially launched the Ashui Awards 2025, an annual awards programme that recognizes outstanding achievements in architecture and construction across the country.
Now in its 14th edition, the Ashui Awards aim to honor architects with exceptional works that set professional standards and reaffirm the role of architecture in society; celebrate newly completed architectural projects of significant value; recognise reputable contractors, technically proficient engineering firms and real estate developers whose contributions have made a strong impact on the community; and ultimately help guide the sustainable development of Viet Nam’s construction industry.
The Ashui Awards 2025 feature ten nomination categories: Architect of the Year, Building of the Year, Contractor of the Year, Investor of the Year, Engineering Firm of the Year, Future Project of the Year, Green Building of the Year, House of the Year, Interior of the Year, and Collaborative Project of the Year. The nomination period runs from July 7 to October 31, 2025.
A panel of experts will select the official shortlist for the voting phase, which will take place in December 2025. Final results are expected to be announced on December 31, 2025, based on a weighted voting system, 70% from the expert jury and 30% from the public, through the official website: https://ashui.com/awards/.
The 14th edition of the Ashui Awards 2025 ceremony and exhibition are scheduled to take place on January 17, 2026, at the Ashui Pavilion 2026 - ConsHub, located at the National Convention Center in the capital city of Ha Noi.
