DNO - A total of 200 outstanding pupils from grades 8 to 12 who are part of the SEEDS scholarship project are joining the 2025 Da Nang CampConnect from July 24-29.
The programme is co-organised by the Da Nang Charity and Children's Rights Protection Association, and the Pacific Links Foundation.
The summer camp is an annual activity in the long-term scholarship programmes implemented by the Pacific Links Foundation which aims to support education, develop skills and expand career opportunities for young people.
Themed "Building a Brighter Tomorrow", the programme provides a good opportunity for pupils to exchange, learn and practice in a friendly and creative environment.
During the camp, 200 campers from 9 formerly provinces and cities in Central Viet Nam from Nghe An to Phu Yen, plus Dong Thap Province, focus on four key topics: developing leadership skills, digital skills and self-awareness; exploring and planning careers; taking care of physical and mental health; and networking skills, building relationships, and seizing opportunities.
These practical topics help the participants improve their adaptability to modern life and lay a solid foundation for their future.
This year's summer camp features the participation of more than 45 speakers at both home and abroad who share many practical experiences and inspire campers through thematic sharing sessions, group activities and talent competitions.
In addition to learning activities, the pupils have a chance to visit, exchange and compete with each other, thereby enhancing confidence, communication skills and teamwork spirit.
More than 65 volunteers, including teachers and pupils, are accompanying the programme to create a meaningful, warm, and hopeful summer.
